Just for Girls” is Highline Premier FC’s ongoing commitment to empower and elevate female athletes across our community. Built around the belief that girls thrive when they feel seen, supported, and inspired, the program blends technical soccer development with mentorship and leadership growth. Each session is led by women coaches and mentors who bring energy, empathy, and experience to the field—showing players what it looks like to lead with confidence and purpose. More than just soccer, “Just for Girls” is about belonging. It’s a place where young athletes form friendships, take creative risks, and discover their voices both on and off the pitch. Through specialized clinics, mentorship programs, and community events, we’re building pathways that help every girl grow not only as a player, but as a person—resilient, curious, and ready to lead.
Just For Girls Week
A Celebration of Female Soccer
Our annual “Just for Girls Week” transforms the field into a celebration of creativity, confidence, and community within Highline Premier FC’s girls program. Held each June, this special week brings together players from across all age groups to connect, compete, and grow together in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Each day features a unique theme—technical skill, teamwork, leadership, and empowerment—culminating in a Friday showcase event that connects our players with local college and semi-pro women’s athletes, including special guests from Rhodies FC. Designed exclusively for HPFC players, “Just for Girls Week” reinforces our belief that strong communities start from within—when our players learn from each other, celebrate each other, and take pride in representing something bigger than themselves.
Highlights:
- Five days of themed sessions led by our women’s coaching staff
- Guest appearances from Rhodies FC and local college players
- Clubwide connection and team-building across all age groups
- Hosted in June in Burien and West Seattle
