Board of Directors

Highline Premier FC is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of parents, community members, and professionals committed to the long-term health of the club and the development of our players.

The Board provides oversight, financial stewardship, and strategic guidance while supporting staff in delivering a consistent, player-centered experience across the club.

The Role of our Board

The Board of Directors is responsible for governance and long-term direction. This includes setting policy, overseeing finances, and ensuring the club operates in alignment with its mission and values.

Day-to-day operations, coaching decisions, and program management are led by club staff. This structure allows staff to focus on players and families while the Board ensures accountability and continuity.

Open Books, Every Year

The Annual General Meeting is one of the most important things we do as a club. It's where we stand in front of our community and account for the year: the growth, the finances, the decisions, and what's coming next. We've held one every spring, and we publish every presentation here. That's not common in youth soccer. We think it should be.

Each year on the first Thursday in April, HPFC members gather to hear a look back at the season, a full financial recap, the incoming coaching slate, and a look ahead at where the club is headed. The presentations from every meeting are archived below, open to anyone who wants to see how this club operates.

Board Service & Involvement

The club periodically welcomes new Board members and volunteers with relevant experience or a desire to contribute to the long-term success of Highline Premier FC.
