BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Message from the President

Hello HPFC Families,

As we prepare to launch into a historic fall soccer season for HPFC, we hope to build on the tremendous momentum generated by our teams, players, and families over the summer. Our 2025-2026 season began in historic fashion with a record 460 players across 36 teams. This past summer saw teams travel to tournaments across the PNW, and it was wonderful to have the opportunity to watch so many of our players compete each weekend. We were happy to welcome back our summer technical and strength and conditioning sessions, which culminated in an end-of-July jamboree with nearly 100 players across the Club. The Club also enjoyed several trips to semi-professional, professional, and collegiate games throughout the summer.

This fall represents an important milestone for HPFC, with 19 of our teams moving into Washington Youth Soccer's Regional Club League (RCL). Participating in the RCL will enable many of our teams to compete at new levels, highlighting the growth of HPFC as we begin regular competition against clubs like Seattle United, PACNW, and XF. We are also excited to continue our relationship with the WPL, where many of our teams will continue to compete and allow us to be one of the few clubs in the region fielding high-level teams in both the U.S. Youth Soccer and U.S. Club Soccer ecosystems. Later this fall, we invite all of our families to join us for our annual Auction and Gala, where we look to both continue to build our amazing community and also raise money for our financial aid fund, which this year is helping more than 60 players participate in our programming.

Beyond the fall season, we are already building to and planning for what promises to be an exciting 2026. Next year represents the 30-year anniversary of our combined Club, and we are already hard at work preparing several significant announcements as we get ready to celebrate this important milestone. In case you somehow missed it, Seattle will also be one of the host cities for the upcoming 2026 FIFA Men’s World Cup, and we are eagerly planning a series of events to connect our local community with the world as we all celebrate the beautiful game.

I look forward to seeing everyone out on the pitch and throughout our community in the coming weeks. Please never hesitate to say hi or drop me a note if there is anything I can do to help improve the experience that you and your player have here at HPFC! Highline on 3…

Message from the President

Welcome back to HPFC 2023 Spring soccer!

We hope you had a restful and healthy holiday season, and that the new year is off to a great start :).

We are excited about the many things our growing club has in store for this year as we prepare for an exciting Spring 2023 season at HPFC. With nearly 300 players and 23 teams, we continue the work to enhance the programming for our members and their families.

Here are just a few areas that we are focused on for 2023:

  • Enhanced Coaching support in the form of added training, education, and incentives to encourage excellence and quality engagement with the players.

  • Continued focus on bolstering our Eagles Program with a continued focus on adding additional female coaches and contine with our female-focused events such as the "Just for Girls Weekend" (Training, OL Reign tailgate and game, and Jamboree).

  • Our Director of Coaching, Ozzy Erkut, will work to redefine and unify the club's soccer curriculum with an emphasis of delivering a structured, progressive and consistent game-model for our players.

There are many other things to look forward to as we carry the momentum forward into the coming year!  I look forward to seeing you and your family on the field.

The best is yet to come,

Sue Bialous
