Cancellation, Credit & Refund Policy

Competitive Team Registrations


Joining a competitive team is a significant commitment — for your family and for ours. Team budgets, coaching contracts, league registrations, and field fees are all built around rostered players, which is why our team financial policy is more structured than our camps and clinics policy.

The full terms of your team financial obligation are outlined in the Financial Commitment Agreement provided at registration. That agreement governs all team-related financial matters.


Here is a summary of key terms:


Acceptance Fee An acceptance fee is due within seven days of accepting a roster spot. This fee is non-refundable in all circumstances and varies by team and season.


30-Day Cancellation Window Families may cancel their seasonal commitment within 30 calendar days of signing the Financial Commitment Agreement by submitting written notice to registrar@highlinepremier.com. The clock starts on the date the agreement is signed — not the date practices begin or any other trigger.


If cancellation occurs within this window:

  • The acceptance fee is non-refundable
  • Any additional payments made beyond the acceptance fee will be refunded


After 30 days the full seasonal financial commitment remains in effect.



Medical & Injury Exception If a player is unable to continue participation due to injury or illness, families may request a prorated refund or credit based on the remaining season. Requests must include documentation from a licensed physician or HMO indicating the player's stop date and anticipated return. Highline Premier FC will not penalize families for medically necessary withdrawals. Submit requests to registrar@highlinepremier.com.


Relocation Exception If your family relocates more than 50 miles from the Highline service area, you may request early termination of your seasonal agreement without financial penalty. Proof of relocation may be required. Any payments made beyond the acceptance fee will be refunded on a prorated basis.


Service Fees Refunds are issued based on program fees only. Service fees charged at the time of payment are non-refundable as they are collected directly by our payment processor.

Camps, Clinics & Specialty Programs


We want every camp and clinic experience to be a positive one. If something comes up, please reach out — we will always try to find a solution that works for your family.

Our preference is always to offer a full credit toward a future Highline Premier FC camp, clinic, or program.



If a credit doesn't work for your situation, refunds are available based on the following schedule:

Missed Days & Early Withdrawal Once a program has begun, refunds are not provided for missed days, late arrivals, early withdrawals, or no-shows. Credits may be considered on a case by case basis — just reach out and we'll do our best.


Medical Exception If a player cannot attend due to injury or illness, we will work with your family to find a fair solution. This may include a full or partial refund or credit and may require documentation from a licensed physician or HMO.


If We Cancel If Highline Premier FC cancels a camp, clinic, or program session, all registered families will receive the choice of a full refund or full credit toward a future program — no questions asked.


Service Fees Refunds are issued based on program fees only. Service fees charged at the time of payment are non-refundable as they are collected directly by our payment processor.

How to Submit a Request


For all cancellation, refund, or credit requests please contact us at registrar@highlinepremier.com. Include your player's name, the program or team, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within five business days.


For competitive team registrations, the Financial Commitment Agreement signed at registration governs all financial obligations and supersedes any other club communications or documents.
