Highline Premier FC believes that financial hardship should not be the sole reason a player is unable to participate. We recognize that family circumstances can change, and Financial Assistance exists to help players remain connected to their teams and the club community during those moments.



Financial Assistance is available to families who demonstrate need and is administered with consistency, discretion, and care.

  • Team fees, when applicable

Awards are need-based and vary depending on individual circumstances and available funds. Most awards are partial and intended to help bridge financial gaps.

How Financial Assistance Is Supported

Club Budget Support

Each year, Highline Premier FC allocates a portion of its operating budget to support Financial Assistance. This reflects a deliberate commitment to access while balancing the long-term financial health of the club.

Community Fundraising

Financial Assistance is also supported through club-wide fundraising efforts. These efforts help expand available resources over time and allow the club to respond to increased or unexpected need.

Responsible Stewardship

Assistance is awarded carefully and consistently to ensure fairness across families and sustainability for the club. Awards are need-based, reviewed annually, and limited by available funds.

The Application Process

  1. Families submit a Financial Assistance application during the primary registration period, typically alongside seasonal registration.
  2. Applications are reviewed by club administration only, not coaches or teams, to ensure privacy and consistency.
  3. Awards are determined based on demonstrated financial need and available assistance funds.
  4. Families are notified directly once decisions are finalized so they can plan for the season ahead.

Financial circumstances can change unexpectedly. Families experiencing hardship outside the primary application window are encouraged to reach out directly.


Situations such as job loss, medical events, or other significant changes can be discussed confidentially to determine appropriate next steps.


Reaching out early allows the club to better understand circumstances and explore available options when possible.
