Additional Policies
Highline Premier FC maintains a comprehensive set of policies and procedures designed to protect players, support families, and hold staff and volunteers to clear, enforceable standards. These policies are reviewed regularly, aligned with national governing bodies, and reinforced through required training and annual staff education.
All coaches, staff, and volunteers are required to complete SafeSport training annually, including electronic coursework each summer. Additionally, coaches and staff attend an in-person policy review during staff meetings several times per year. Policies are aligned with requirements and guidance from US Club Soccer and US Youth Soccer, and are informed by best practices used by local school districts and youth-serving organizations.
Key policy areas include:
- SafeSport training, abuse prevention, and mandatory reporting
- Codes of conduct for coaches, players, families, and volunteers
- Disciplinary procedures and escalation protocols
- Medical response, injury reporting, and emergency action planning
- Expectations for supervision, communication, and professional conduct
Concerns related to any of these areas may be raised through direct communication or through the club’s formal reporting process. All reports submitted through the reporting tool are reviewed by the Executive Director and Board leadership and are investigated independently and confidentially, with appropriate follow-up and action taken when necessary.
Families with questions about how policies are applied are encouraged to reach out directly or submit a report to ensure concerns are documented and addressed.
