Player Tuition and Club Costs

What's Included In Club Tuition
Annual club tuition supports the full player experience, not just games on the weekend. Tuition helps fund the coaching, fields, league access, referee coverage, player registration, and club operations needed to keep teams training, competing, and developing throughout the season.
Professional coaching and player support
League, state, and national registration fees
Field rentals and training facilities
Standard referee fees for scheduled matches
Player registration and compliance systems
Club operations, scheduling, & administration
Team Fees
In addition to club tuition, teams may collect a team fee at the start of the season. This allows each team to cover shared expenses that are specific to that team’s schedule, events, and needs.
Team fees typically help cover items such as:
- Team tents
- Team benches
- Additional seasonal tournament entry fees
- Team events (team pizza parties, team bonding activities, etc.)
- Other team-specific needs not included in annual club tuition
Team fees range from
$100 to $350 per year. Team Treasurer's will communicate the exact amount after the season begins.

Required items include:

Financial Assistance
HPFC is committed to keeping soccer accessible for families in our community. Through the HPFC Financial Assistance Fund, the club provides support to help qualifying players participate in competitive soccer.
Families may apply for financial assistance during the registration process. Assistance may help offset club tuition and, when available, may also support uniform costs and team fees.
In recent seasons, HPFC has provided more than $100,000 in financial assistance to families across the club.
If a family needs support later in the season, they should contact the HPFC Club Registrar for guidance. Requests are reviewed confidentially.
