Working for HPFC

At Highline Premier FC, our staff—on and off the field—are united by a shared purpose: to provide a meaningful, development-focused soccer experience that enriches the lives of local players and their families. We believe that our impact extends far beyond wins and losses. Our staff play a critical role in building confident, capable young people through sport.

Whether coaching on the sidelines, organizing schedules, managing communications, or supporting field logistics, every staff member contributes to an environment grounded in our core values: effort, accountability, discipline, respect, and creativity. These values guide our decision-making and shape how we show up—for players, for families, and for each other.

We are committed to player development that is holistic and community-centered. That means helping athletes grow technically and tactically while also prioritizing their personal growth, emotional wellness, and connection to the community. From volunteer initiatives and field stewardship to well-planned training sessions and summer programming, our staff are intentional in the ways they support our mission.

Rooted in over 25 years of service and tradition, our club is proud to be a place where staff model leadership, integrity, and a love of the game—helping players become their best, both on and off the field.
