Highline Premier FC is a community-based soccer organization committed to serving players and families locally. We strive to provide an environment where players are supported, challenged appropriately, and developed with consistency, accountability, and respect.

We are dedicated to providing a positive space for youth soccer players who seek a competitive level of play. We support each player in their pursuit of soccer excellence within a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment.

We value each player and are committed to their individual development process. We recognize that every player brings their own identity, talents, and challenges. Coaches and directors work intentionally to support positive experiences for all members of our club community.

Our family is our team, our club, and our community. We support each person with respect and compassion and recognize our responsibility to foster inclusive and positive community partnerships through the game of soccer.

We hold all members of the club to high personal and professional standards. While understanding that growth includes failure and humility, we encourage persistence, accountability, and commitment in the face of challenge.
