This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through our website at highlinepremier.com and through the services we use to operate our programs.

Who We Are
Highline Premier FC is a non-profit youth soccer club based in Burien, Washington, serving players and families in Burien, West Seattle, SeaTac, Des Moines, and surrounding communities. We are legally organized as FC Highline under the laws of the State of Washington.
Information We Collect
We collect personal information in several ways.
Information you provide directly may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, birth dates, emergency contact information, payment information, and player-specific information such as age group and team placement. We may also collect health and medical information relevant to a player's safe participation in our programs, including disclosed medical conditions, physical limitations, and supporting documentation from licensed medical providers where required. This information is collected voluntarily by families and is used solely to support player safety and program administration. This is collected through website analytics tools and cookies — small text files stored on your device — that help us understand how our site is used and how to improve it. Information collected through third-party service providers we use to operate our programs. We work with service providers that support registration and team management, payment processing, email communications, retail and merchandise purchases, uniform ordering, video and performance analysis, fundraising operations, and internal administration. Children's Privacy
Highline Premier FC serves players as young as five years old. We take the privacy of children seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We do not knowlingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 through our website. All registration for players under 13 must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
By completing registration for a player under 13, a parent or guardian consents to the collection and use of that player's information as described in this policy and as required for participation in club programs.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, please contact us immediately at ops_director@highlinepremier.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Uniform and kit ordering — As part of our uniform program, player and family information is shared with our uniform provider to set up accounts and facilitate ordering. By registering with Highline Premier FC you consent to this sharing.
- League and governing body registration — We share player and family information with soccer governing bodies and leagues as required for player registration and competition eligibility.
- Municipal and parks partners — We may share player and family information with city and parks departments as required to secure field permits, facility access, and program approvals necessary to operate our programs.
- Grant applications — When applying for grants or funding opportunities on behalf of the club, we may share aggregated or individual program information with grant writers, funders, or awarding organizations. We share only the information necessary for the purpose of the application.
- Health and medical information — Health and medical information provided by families is treated with the highest level of care and is accessible only to club staff and coaches on a need-to-know basis for player safety purposes. We do not share health or medical information with third parties except where required by law or in the event of a medical emergency.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Club, our members, or the public.
- Business transition — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or transfer of club assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected families in advance where possible.
We do not routinely share personal information with other soccer clubs or unaffiliated third parties.
Email Communications
We send email communications through our marketing and registration platforms. These may include registration confirmations, program updates, scheduling information, club news, and occasional promotional communications.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing email. Please note that transactional emails related to your registration or account cannot be opted out of while you are an active participant in club programs.
